2018 DNA Board Nominees

Below are the 2018 Nominees for the DNA Board of Directors listed in alphabetical order. We will elect 2 Small Business Members and 4 Resident Members to the board during our annual town hall meeting on January 8, 2018 at 6pm in the auditorium of the Downtown Central Library. You must be at the meeting in order to vote or fill out this proxy form to designate someone as your proxy to vote on your behalf during the election and have that person present the signed and completed form to us to receive a ballot.

As a reminder, small business members will elect the small business member board seats and resident members will elect the resident member board seats.

Annual Town Hall Meeting & Elections

The Annual Town Hall Meeting is set for Monday, January 8 at 6pm in the auditorium of the Downtown Central Library.

We will have elections for 4 resident member seats and 2 small business member seats to the DNA Board of Directors.

If you cannot attend the meeting, then you can designate someone as your proxy to vote on your behalf. Please send us this form with your signature and other info filled out to designate someone as your proxy.

Annual Holiday Party

This year’s holiday party is being held at Covo STL.

There will be complementary snacks and beverages, but you must be a DNA member or a guest of a DNA member and RSVP to assure you have a spot as we typically reach our capacity for the annual holiday party.

Downtown residents can join DNA for free and small businesses can join for a small fee of $50/year at You may also join in person at the event.
